2. Booking and Payment Terms

  • A minimum advance payment is required to confirm any booking. The balance amount must be paid before the travel start date as per the payment schedule communicated at the time of booking.
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, or cash (at our office).
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless specified otherwise. International transactions may be subject to currency conversion rates.
  • Booking confirmations are subject to receipt of payment and availability from our partners (hotels, transporters, etc.).
  • We reserve the right to revise prices due to unforeseen circumstances such as currency fluctuations, fuel price changes, or tax increases.

3. Terms of Use

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information while submitting enquiries or making bookings.
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from third-party service providers such as hotels, airlines, and transport operators.
  • You must not misuse the Platform, submit false requests, or engage in any unlawful or fraudulent activity.
  • While we strive to deliver smooth travel experiences, we are not responsible for delays, cancellations, natural events, or changes caused by third-party vendors.
  • Prices, inclusions, and itineraries are subject to change until final confirmation is provided after payment.
  • You are responsible for obtaining necessary travel documents including passports, visas, and permits required for your destination.
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or lost baggage.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the selected package, destination, and third-party supplier terms. Any service charges or booking fees paid to Gokul Tours and Travels may be non-refundable. Customers are advised to review the cancellation policy before confirming a booking.

5. Travel Documentation and Health Requirements

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, and other travel documents required for your journey.
  • Some destinations may require specific vaccinations or health certificates. Please check requirements well in advance.
  • We are not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • GOKUL TOURS AND TRAVELS acts as an intermediary between customers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport companies, etc.).
  • We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or delay caused by acts of God, weather conditions, strikes, government actions, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific booking in question.
  • We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your travel arrangements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including text, images, itineraries, logos, and branding elements are the intellectual property of Gokul Tours and Travels and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

8. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

  • You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose.
  • You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the website's functionality.
  • Any fraudulent booking or payment may result in legal action.

9. Modifications to Terms

10. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
