Digital documents are typically delivered:

  • Custom packages: Within 24-48 hours after itinerary finalization
  • Flight tickets: Usually within 2-4 hours of booking
  • Visa assistance documents: Within 24-48 hours after document submission

3. How Documents Are Delivered

We use the following methods to deliver your travel documents:

  • Email: All documents are sent to your registered email address
  • WhatsApp: Quick confirmations and updates via WhatsApp
  • SMS: Important alerts and booking references
  • Mobile App: If applicable, documents may be available in our partner apps

4. What to Do If You Don't Receive Documents

If you haven't received your travel documents within the stated timeframe:

  • Check your spam or junk folder in your email
  • Verify that you provided the correct email address and phone number
  • Contact us immediately with your booking reference number
  • We will resend all documents within 2-4 hours of your request

5. Physical Documents

While we primarily provide digital documents, if you require physical copies of your travel documents:

  • You can print the documents yourself from the PDFs we provide
  • Visit our office during business hours for printed copies
  • Courier service can be arranged at an additional cost (charges apply)

6. International Deliveries

For customers outside India, all documents are delivered electronically, ensuring immediate access regardless of your location. No physical shipping is involved, which means no customs duties or delivery delays.

  • Carry printed backups when traveling internationally
  • Some hotels and airlines may require printed vouchers
